The APEC Planning Committee developed an educational outreach forum, together with providers working in rural and northern regions of Alberta, to address identified learning gaps.
14th Annual Conference

Our focus to deliver a high quality, evidence-informed and diverse event to improve pain management strategies remains our primary objective. To advocate for continuing professional development opportunities for all health care providers in Alberta and beyond, the Board of Directors and Conference Planning Committee decided to offer the entire 2020 Conference for free.
Our 14th Annual conference hosted 38 distinguished speakers who presented on a range of topics including headache and migraines, pediatric pain, perspectives on opioids, culture and communication, building resilience, whats new in pain and more.
We had over 4500 registrants from all over the world tune in to this historic event.
